At HAIR HAUS, we strive to create the most comfortable environment for our clients as well as our staff. We also aim to ensure the integrity of our clients’ hair. Our HAUS RULES are in place for these reasons. Please review our policies below before making your appointment. CONFIRMATION CALLS

48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a text to confirm your scheduled appointment. Please reply ‘C’ to confirm. If you do not confirm your appointment, it will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

 

NO PETS/CHILDREN

For the personal experience of each client, pets and children are not permitted in the salon. We will do our best to accommodate you in the event you cannot make your scheduled appointment due to unexpected changes in child and pet care.

REFUNDS

We do NOT offer refunds of any kind. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify HAIR HAUS within ONE week of your initial appointment.

 

NEW CLIENTS

New clients will need to schedule a consultation for services that exceed 2 hours.

$25 deposit is required and will be applied to your service the day of your scheduled appointment. Deposits are not refundable.

 

CANCELED OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Your appointments are vital to our HAIR HAUS stylists. We understand schedule adjustments are occasionally necessary. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) originally scheduled. If this is a recurring issue your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.

 

EXTENSIONS

New extension clients will be required to schedule a consultation at least 2 weeks before installation. We offer tape ins and keratin bonds.

The stylists will provide care instructions and are NOT responsible for the maintenance of extensions after you leave the salon.

PRICING

Service pricing is influenced by length of hair, strand thickness, time required, products, and stylist demand.

Please feel free to ask your stylist about our pricing structure or schedule a consultation to assess needs and pricing ahead of time.

 

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

We require your card be kept on file to schedule any full color or blonding appointment. At least 24 hours notice is expected to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the original service that was scheduled.

 

If you decide to make an appointment for a special service (ie. color correction, extensions, etc.) please review our CONSULTATIONS, COLOR CORRECTIONS & COLOR CORRECTION CONTRACT. We will provide you a physical copy to review and sign when you arrive for your appointment.
